The premise of the post is quite simple – answer the three Ws:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I’m currently reading The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah, as I have been for the past two weeks. I’ve just hit the halfway mark, but I’m loving every minute of it, so I don’t mind that it’s taking me so long. I’m not in any rush to finish it, and I’m happy for it to take me as long as it takes me.

What did you recently finish reading?

I haven’t finished reading anything since I last did WWW two weeks ago. i just wanted to post today as a quick update and to let you all know that I’ve not disappeared!

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m still thinking I’ll read Local Girl Missing by Claire Douglas next. I think I’ll need a change from historical fiction, although I am really getting back into it, after having several months off. I’ve also had When the Doves Disappeared on my TBR, which I bought far too long ago, so I might give that ago now I’m back into historical fiction.

Local Girl Missing has such a beautiful cover! I’m absolutely hooked on thrillers, mysteries and anything magical at the moment. I can’t seem to get out of this trend haha. I’ve been reading so many ebooks I think soon I need to focus on my physical ones on my shelves.

The Nightingale is at the top of my historical fiction TBR at the moment, though I do need to be in the mood for historical fiction, so it might wait a little while. It also has an enormous queue at my library, so there’s that. Glad to hear you’re enjoying it!
